- Go to Case Manager (https://app.speeki.com) and login as admin.
- Click the Configuration icon from the sidebar menu, then go to Case Process > Case assignment.
- Click ADD NEW to add a new assignment rule.
- You will be redirected to the Case assignment screen. In the Site name field, select the subsidiary site you want to create an assignment rule for, complete the other required fields, then click SAVE.
A case assignment rule has now been added for your subsidiary site.
